      Committee Meeting     Sunday 27th.July 2014

Members present:        Mick Drew, Roger Fuller, Fermin Rodriguez, Mike Prangnell

 

Meeting opened 10.30 am.

 

1.      Gardens & Pools.  Fermin has taken up responsibility for the upkeep of the gardens and pools and is doing a great job.  As he is Spanish we have more control over the work done.

 

2.      Waste bins.  A request has been made to the Town Hall for an extra waste bin in Calle Estragon.  The Town Hall say they are waiting for bins to be available. With the number of people increasing during the holiday season we do need the extra bin. 

 

Owners are reminded that ALL rubbish including ALL garden waste should be put into the bin/s.  Any waste left outside of the bin looks unsightly and will not be collected.

 

3.      Website.  The website needs to be revamped. Clarity (or lack of) seems to be the main complaint.  Always looking for suggestions.  It was suggested we get a professional in to re-design the whole thing but this may be financially prohibitive.  Meanwhile I will endeavour to improve it gradually.  Keep looking.

 

4.      Rules.  The rules of the community have been decided at AGMs and are for the benefit of all owners, their guests and friends.  Notices indicating ‘no ball games’, ‘no climbing’, etc. are being ignored by some.  We can all enjoy the facilities more if all the rules are adhered to.  If you don’t like rules, don’t go on a community.

 

5.      Paint colours.  Some of the external walls surrounding properties are of quite a different colour to the original.  If owners wish to do any painting externally, please consult a member of the committee.

Reunión abrió 10.30.

 

1. Jardines y Piscinas. Fermin ha asumido la responsabilidad por el mantenimiento de los jardines y piscinas y está haciendo un gran trabajo. Como él es español tenemos más control sobre el trabajo realizado.

 

2. Waste bins. A solicitud se ha presentado al Ayuntamiento para un cubo de la basura extra en Calle Estragon. El Ayuntamiento dice que están esperando contenedores estén disponibles. Con el número de personas cada vez mayor durante la temporada de vacaciones que necesitamos la papelera extra.

 

Los propietarios se les recuerda que toda la basura que incluye todos los desperdicios del jardín se debe poner en las bin / s. Cualquier residuo dejado afuera del silo se ve feo y no serán recolectadas.

 

3. Sitio Web. El sitio web tiene que ser renovado. La claridad (o falta de) parece ser la queja principal. Siempre en busca de sugerencias. Se sugirió que obtenemos un profesional en volver a diseñar toda la cosa, pero esto puede ser financieramente prohibitivo. Mientras tanto voy a tratar de mejorarlo gradualmente. Sigue buscando.

 

4. Reglas. Las reglas de la comunidad se han decidido en las juntas generales en beneficio de todos los propietarios, sus invitados y amigos. Los avisos que indican "no hay juegos de pelota", "no para escalar ', etc están siendo ignoradas por algunos. Todos podemos disfrutar de los servicios más si todas las reglas se cumplen. Si no te gustan las reglas, no vayas en una comunidad.

 

5. Pinte los colores. Algunas de las paredes externas que rodean propiedades son bastante de un color diferente a la original. Si los propietarios desean hacer cualquier pintura externa, consulte a un miembro del comité.
