Committee Meeting Sunday 27th. November 2016
Held at upper pool caseta
Members present :Mike Prangnell, Peter Butler, Mick Drew, Christy Cassidy, Vince Maveral
Meeting opened 10.30 am.
1. All quotes are now in for change of pool man. Without going into detail we have decided. The new man speaks English and Spanish so that should solve many problems.
2. Gardener. We are discussing the possibility of changing the gardener. Quotes are being sought.
3. Upper pool. The upper pool is now in the process of being emptied tom allow work to be done to the edging plus other tasks. Igor 2 (we call him) will ,start the work such it will be finished by 1st.March next year. While he is there we can get him to replace concrete bin front of caseta.
4. Pool furniture. A visit to made to ‘The General Store’ to see if they have made any more furniture. If not we will have to look further afield.

Next meeting scheduled for Sunday 25th.2016 so will be arranged for a more suitable date.

Reunión del Comité Domingo 27. Noviembre 2016
Realizada en la caseta superior de la piscina
Miembros presentes: Mike Prangnell, Peter Butler, Mick Drew, Christy Cassidy, Vince Maveral
Se abre la reunión a las 10.30 horas.
1. Todas las cotizaciones están ahora para el cambio de hombre de la piscina. Sin entrar en detalles hemos decidido. El nuevo hombre habla inglés y español por lo que debe resolver muchos problemas.
2. Jardinero. Estamos discutiendo la posibilidad de cambiar al jardinero. Se están buscando cotizaciones.
3. Piscina superior. El estanque superior está ahora en el proceso de ser vaciado, dejando que el trabajo se haga al borde, más otras tareas. Igor 2 (lo llamamos), comenzará el trabajo tal que será terminado por 1st.March el próximo año. Mientras que él está allí podemos conseguirle para substituir la parte delantera del compartimiento concreto de caseta.
4. Muebles de piscina. Una visita a 'The General Store' para ver si han hecho más muebles. Si no, tendremos que buscar más lejos.

La próxima reunión programada para el domingo 25 de mayo de 2016 se organizará para una fecha más adecuada.
