Committee Meeting     Sunday 26th. October 2014

 

Held In Pool Caseta

 

Members present:         Mick Drew, Christy Cassidy, Kevin Lovett, Fermin Rodriguez, Mike Prangnell

 

Meeting opened 10.30 am.

 

1.        Pool lights     Mick has asked Servigest for advice as to getting the faulty lights replaced on their guarantee.  They say that the responsibility for replacement lies with the provider.  They will arrange for legal proceedings to commence should the lights not be replaced.  This information was passed to Danny, our electrician,
 

2.         Drains.    The drain men have completed their 6 monthly inspection and clean.
 

3.          Concrete benches  Further discussion took place re the concrete benches suggested at the last meeting.  It was generally felt this time that wooden seats are the preferred option.  Whilst they do incur maintenance they are movable.
 

4.         Website.    An alternative website is now in operation albeit under a temporary domain name.  Access can be gained by pasting the following link into the address bar of the browser.

Reunión abrió las 10.30 horas.

 

1. Luces piscina Mick ha pedido Servigest de asesoramiento en cuanto a conseguir las luces defectuosas reemplazadas en su garantía. Dicen que la responsabilidad para la sustitución recae en el proveedor. Ellos se encargarán de los procedimientos legales para comenzar las luces no deben ser reemplazados. Esta información fue transmitida a Danny, nuestro electricista,

 

2. Los drenajes. Los hombres de drenaje han completado su 6 inspección mensual y limpio.

 

3. Los bancos de hormigón se llevaron a cabo más discusión re los bancos de hormigón sugirió en la última reunión. En general se consideró esta vez que los asientos de madera son la opción preferida. Mientras que hacen incurrir mantenimiento que son móviles.

 

4. Sitio Web. Una página web alternativa está en funcionamiento aunque bajo un nombre de dominio temporal. El acceso puede ser adquirida por pegar el siguiente link en la barra de direcciones del navegador.
