Committee Meeting     Sunday 25th.May 2014

 

Held In Pool Caseta

 

Members present:        Mick Drew, Roger Fuller, Kevin Lovett, Mike Prangnell

 

Meeting opened 10.30 am.

 

  • Building works.  The owners at numbers 3 and 51 submitted information on works to be carried out on their properties

 

  • Tool store.  It was suggested we have a tool store from which tools (ladders, sanders, etc.) may be hired.

 

  • Website.  The website is now getting a bit cluttered with items being somewhat obscured.  Website to be revamped.

 

  • Pools and gardens.  We have had the same companies to do the pools and gardens for some time now.  It was felt that we look into the possibility of changing them to either gee the present ones up or perhaps improve the service from another.

 

  • A.G.M. hogroast.  We need to have some idea of numbers.  Would all likely attendants please inform Mick (mickdrew20@hotmail.com).

 

  • Urbanization maintenance.  A number of jobs need doing throughout the complex, painting, etc.  We have the tools and paint.  If anyone would like to volunteer to give a few hours during their stay we would be grateful.

Reunión abrió 10.30 .

 

1 . Edificio en obras . Los propietarios de los números 3 y 51 información presentada en las obras que se llevarán a cabo en sus propiedades

 

2 . Tienda de herramientas. Se sugirió que tienen una tienda de herramientas desde la que se pueden alquilar herramientas (escaleras , lijadoras , etc.)

 

3 . Sitio Web. El sitio web es ahora conseguir un poco desordenada con elementos siendo algo oscurecida . Sitio web que se renovó .

 

4 . Piscinas y jardines. Hemos tenido las mismas empresas a hacer las piscinas y jardines desde hace algún tiempo . Se consideró que miramos en la posibilidad de cambiar a cualquiera gee los actuales o tal vez mejorar el servicio de otro.

 

5 . A.G.M. Hogroast . Tenemos que tener una idea de los números. Serían todos los posibles asistentes por favor informe a Mick ( mickdrew20@hotmail.com ) .

 

6 . Mantenimiento Urbanización. Un número de puestos de trabajo hay que hacer en todo el complejo , pintura, etc Tenemos las herramientas y la pintura. Si alguien quiere ser voluntario para dar un par de horas durante su estancia le agradeceríamos .
